At Albray Maxwell Community Integration Program, we create meaningful opportunities for adults and seniors with disabilities to learn, grow, and connect. Through engaging activities, community outings, life skill development, and social events, we promote independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Peer Support Services
Our Peer Support Services encourage participants to build positive relationships, develop social skills, and support one another in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Through shared experiences and daily interactions, participants gain confidence, strengthen communication skills, and foster meaningful connections while participating in program activities and community outings.
Individualized Support Services
Our Individualized Support Services are tailored to meet each participant's unique goals, strengths, and support needs. We provide personalized, one-on-one assistance that encourages independence, builds confidence, and promotes meaningful participation at home and in the community.
By focusing on each individual's abilities and personal goals, we help participants develop essential life skills, navigate community resources, and increase independence in everyday life.
